Sorry for the delay in getting back to you but it has been the last Bank Holiday of the summer and a time for family get togethers before the long winter so it has been a bit of a busy time. Anyway I hope the following is ok for you - just let me know if you think anything needs amending. I found the Garden Goodies (Industry Five) website while searching the internet for a supplier of gardening tools and contacted them by e-mail for advice. I received an immediate response and was very pleased with the assistance I was given (by Simon) all the way through the process of deciding and ordering to having my order delivered on the date and at the time I requested. Cheque Payments received will have a three day clearance period from the date the cheque is banked this will be added to the standard delivery time.

A standard delivery of up to seven working days applies to all products listed on this site. This is subject to the availability of stock and is always subject to the discretion of Industry Five Limited. Due to the size and shape of products listed some items may be delivered unassembled.

Replacement Warranty
A one year replacement warranty from the time of sale applies to all mechanical faults on products purchased from this site. Some products listed on this site are marked with a five year warranty this only applies to those marked items.

5 Year Warranty
Certain marked items are covered with a 5 year warranty and this is detailed on their packaging. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects and failure under what would be considered 'normal operation'.
10 Year Warranty
Some products are even covered for a staggering 10 years; again this is marked on their packaging. These are often commercial grade items which have been designed to a high standard allowing for continuous use.

We do ask however that you consider carefully before you buy as goods cannot be returned or exchanged due to poor choice.
